Let’s be honest here, you can sell a home with a photo that’s taken with a smartphone. You can sell a home with a photo that’s wobbly and poorly composed. If the home is competitively priced and well presented then it will sell. It might take more than the average days on market for this area, but it will sell eventually.

If you want to be seen as a leading estate agent in international market then you need the right property photographer for your brand.
Some agents try and justify it by saying that a particular listing is too cheap, or that they don’t want to spend too much on the photos because they don’t think it’s worth it.
The problem with this sort of thinking is that those lower quality photos are damaging the reputation of those agents every single day they are online. If those are not amazing, if they don’t make buyers say ‘WOW!’, then they’re not making that estate agent look amazing either.
And that’s a big problem.
